At Master Secure VPN (“we”,”our”), your privacy is of utmost importance. With that in mind, we only gather information about you in the ways that are disclosed in this statement. Keep in mind that this only applies to your use of the Master Secure VPN app.

With the goal to provide anonymity to you, the user, we do not store any information that may be used to identify you. Since we do not store any personal data, we also are unable to share that data with any third party.

We have a zero log policy. Meaning we do not store any personal data related to our users, and neither do we monitor any of their activity while they are using our service.

Such information like your private IP address or websites visited are never stored.

When a user connects to our network, we create a timestamp of that event, and keep a record of it, for a maximum of 24 hours. This is necessary to ensure that there are no abuses of the service by expired accounts.

Third party tools are not used to provide analytics. Any statistical information necessary is collected in-house.

Regarding any payment performed by our users, Apple’s In-App Purchases is used as an intermediary, so we never access any information related to your payment method of choice.
